Pickup & return
Pick up and return at the Ttukseom partner store, a short walk from Seongsu Station Exit 3. Evening pickup slots run later than daytime sets.
How booking is confirmed
Submitting the form gives you a booking reference right away — that’s a request, not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews requests and confirms availability directly; sign in to your account anytime to check your booking status.
Cancellation & refund
- 8 days or more before the booking date: 100% refund
- 4–7 days before the booking date: 50% refund
- 3 days before the booking date through the booking date: Non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable.
If the service cannot be provided due to the partner’s circumstances, a full refund will be issued. If the service cannot be operated due to severe weather, park closures, or similar circumstances, customers may receive a full refund or reschedule free of charge.

Loss & damage
Report any loss or damage at return — reasonable wear is expected, and most minor issues carry no charge.
