Cancellation Policy
This policy describes how cancellations, changes, and weather disruptions are handled. It applies to all GO HANGANG picnic sets regardless of which partner fulfills the reservation. All times are Korea Standard Time (KST).
Standard cancellations
Cancel at least 2 hours before your booked start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the start time aren’t refunded, except where a partner store is unable to fulfill the booking.
Rain and weather
If your picnic is cancelled due to rain or severe weather, you’ll receive a full refund. Han River parks also close low-lying lawns during official flood advisories, typically after heavy summer rain — a booking affected this way can be moved to another available date at no cost, or refunded in full.
Same-day changes
Changing your time slot on the day of your booking depends on availability at the partner store. Contact support as early as possible if your plans change.
No-shows
If you don’t arrive for pickup and haven’t contacted support, the reservation is forfeited without a refund.
Partner-side cancellations
If a partner store is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking, GO HANGANG will offer a full refund or, where possible, move the booking to another partner or park.
