Terms of Service
These terms describe how the GO HANGANG platform is intended to operate. GO HANGANG is a booking platform, not a rental company — picnic equipment is owned and provided by independent partner businesses near each Han River park.
What GO HANGANG is
GO HANGANG standardizes picnic equipment offerings from multiple independent rental partners into five package types and provides an English-language booking experience. GO HANGANG does not itself own or store the picnic equipment.
Partner fulfillment
Your reservation is fulfilled by whichever partner store services the park you booked. If a partner is unable to fulfill a booking, GO HANGANG will attempt to reassign it to another partner or park, or issue a refund.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for following posted Han River park rules, using equipment as intended, returning it on time and in reasonable condition, and providing accurate contact information at booking.
Liability
GO HANGANG and its partners are not liable for park closures, weather events beyond their control, or personal injury arising from ordinary picnic use. See the Cancellation Policy for how disruptions are handled.
Changes to these terms
These terms will be finalized before online booking launches. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
