Which location fits my Seoul itinerary?
Tell us where you'll be — Hongdae, Itaewon, Seongsu, or Gangnam — and we'll point you to the Han River park that fits, without you needing to know Seoul's geography in advance.
General
Which park should I choose from Hongdae?
Seonyudo Hangang Park — a short ride from central Hongdae, with island gardens and a calmer feel than the bigger tourist-facing parks.
General
Which park should I choose from Itaewon?
Banpo Hangang Park, home of the Banpo Bridge fountain — a short ride from Itaewon and especially photogenic at night.
General
Which park should I choose from Gangnam?
Banpo Hangang Park — not always the closest depending where in Gangnam you are, but a popular pick to add to a Gangnam itinerary.
General
Which Han River parks does GO HANGANG cover?
Ttukseom, Seonyudo, Banpo, and Yeouido, each with a partner pickup point nearby. Ttukseom, near Seongsu, is our most established park.

Ttukseom — a short walk from Seongsu Station, right on the river.
Pickup & return
Where do I pick up the picnic set?
At a partner store near your chosen park. The exact pickup point is shown on the park page and in your booking confirmation.
Pickup & return
How do I return the set?
Carry everything back to the same partner-store counter where you picked it up, by your booked end time.
Pickup & return
Can I choose exactly where in the park I sit?
Yes — GO HANGANG doesn't assign a specific spot. You carry your set from the pickup point to any open area of the lawn, guided by the recommended zones on each park's page.
Pickup & return
What happens if I'm late for pickup or return?
Your booking confirmation includes a grace window and contact details for the partner store. Persistent lateness may affect availability for later slots that day.
Cancellation & refunds
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation is based on how close to your start time you cancel:
- Cancel at least 2 hours before your start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the start time aren't refunded.
- All times are Korea Standard Time (KST).
- If your picnic is cancelled due to rain or severe weather, you'll get a full refund.
