1. Show your reservation number to the staff and collect your items.
2. After use, pack all items as they were when you received them and return them to the original pick-up location.
Store notice
Please choose your booking time carefully and allow enough time to arrive. If you are unable to meet us at the scheduled time, we may not be able to provide the setup service.
We will meet you at Exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station, walk with you to the picnic area, and set up the equipment for you.
If you arrive late, you will need to come directly to the store, and an additional $6 fee will apply.

The equipment will be collected 5 hours after setup.
Tent setup is available from March through November only. Picnic mats are available year-round.
All tents must be taken down by 10:00 PM.
Rain & cancellation
Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before your slot. See the Cancellation Policy for same-day changes and rain.
Loss & damage
Report any loss or damage at return. Reasonable wear is expected, and most minor issues carry no charge.
