Ttukseom is the Han River park most visitors reach without trying — it sits directly across the water from Seongsu's cafes and galleries, close enough that you can leave a coffee shop and be on the grass within fifteen minutes.
Layout
The park runs in a long strip along the river. The lawn nearest the Seongsu-side entrance is the most convenient for pickup and drop-off; walk ten more minutes along the band shell and the crowds thin out considerably.
Who it suits
Ttukseom skews young — students and twenty-somethings from Seongsu and Konkuk University make up a lot of the weekend crowd, so it has an easy, unpretentious energy rather than a formal-tourist-attraction feel.
